Leadership Award was given to Khayvee ann Cardenas for being active as Supreme Pupil Government President.

Grade I pupils top 1-5 with their parents
Grade III pupils top 1-5 with their parents
Grade IV pupils top 1-5 with their parents
The stage ( made of wood) and bar pins for the honor pupils  were donated by the Barangay Chairman Eng'r. Victorino C. Alejandro. The funding support for the decoration materials came from  the contribution of parents of graduates.
The medals for top four graduates came from Mayor Pedro Cuerpo.
The medals for top five of Grade I-V came from their advisers as well as the certificates for special awards.
